KSP is a veteran-owned company in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. We started in 2012 doing fulfillment and kitting, and the businesses we've added since all grew out of running that warehouse.
How KSP got here
KSP is a veteran-owned company based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Founded in 2012 by U.S. Marine Corps veteran John Gamache as Kitting Solutions Plus, KSP began with a focus on fulfillment and kitting. Fellow Marine veteran Rob Walters joined John as a business partner in 2018 and helped expand the company's fulfillment operations.
Since then, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has named KSP to its Fast 50 list of fastest-growing private companies in 2022 and 2025. In 2026 the SBA named KSP the Minnesota Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year, and Logistics Business Outlook named KSP Fulfillment one of its Top 10 Shipping Service Providers.
Today, KSP's businesses in fulfillment, technology and integrated logistics all build on what we learned running our own warehouse. KSP Fulfillment ships DTC and B2B orders from a 225,000 sq ft warehouse at 8100 Oxbow Creek Dr with 135+ Locus robots. The software we built to run that floor is KSPHQ, sold by KSP Technologies to other warehouse operators. KSP Integrated Logistics moves LTL, partial truckload and full truckload freight.
From one warehouse to three businesses
2012: John Gamache founds KSP
KSP starts in Minnesota as a veteran-owned company, building kits and assembling product for brands.
Kitting grows into KSP Fulfillment
Kitting turns into full 3PL work: DTC orders, retail and wholesale shipments, and a Brooklyn Park warehouse that ships to 220+ countries at 99.999% order accuracy. Rob Walters joins as co-owner in 2018. Locus robots go live on the floor in August 2024, and the fleet is 135+ today.
Our own software becomes KSP Technologies
We build KSPHQ to run our own floor, then open it to other operators. Workforce Control™, Dock Control™, Project Control™ and Ticket Control™ run inside KSP Fulfillment every day.
KSP Integrated Logistics
Transportation for LTL, partial truckload and full truckload freight, run from the same building. It's taking on its first freight projects now. Start a freight project.
